ABS light and DEF light
My abs light and def light both turned on and immediately turned off. I have 2 bars of DEF.
City horn and air horn
My city horn and air horn work properly
3 reflective triangles
I have 3 reflective triangles in my storage compartment. They are properly mounted and secured, not damaged or broken, and are amber in color.
ABC rated fire extinguisher
I also have an ABC rated fire extinguisher that is properly filled and has a current inspection tag. I know it is filled because the arrow is in the green. It has a safety pin in place.
Circuit breakers
This truck uses circuit breakers so I do not need spare fuses.
Indicators (4 total)
My left turn signal indicator, right turn signal indicator, 4 way flasher indicator, and high beam indicator are all working properly.
(Operate associated controls while talking about them.)
Heater and defroster
(Turn heat on and set to floor/ defrost and turn to high. State the following while reaching for each area as indicated)….
“My heater and defroster are both working properly.”
Windshield wipers
My windshield wipers are working properly. They are not damaged or missing and work correctly.
Windshield wiper blades
My windshield wiper blades have no abrasions, bulges, or cuts and meet the glass all the way across.
Washer fluid spray
My washer fluid sprays evenly across my windshield. ( must hold until you hear wiper motor or SEE fluid spray. If no spray, tell examiner that you will report the issue to maintenance.)

My windshield has no cracks, is clean and clear, and has nothing impeding my view.
