Turn the engine off. Put the key in the on position but Do not start the engine. Turn your lights on. *Tell the examiner you are going to start w/ the front of the vehicle.
•activate indicated lights before asking if they are working. (Clearance lights come on when you turn headlights on).
Low Beams, High beams, Left turn signal, 4 way flashers/ hazards, and clearance lights.
