Ehat does Filtering do?
allows you to focus on a portion of your data that meets some defined criteria and hides the rest. If you were working with a data set containing voter information, for example, you might want to focus on the data for voters within a specific age range or from one political party. Alternatively, if you had a company’s national sales data, you might want to look at sales for a particular region or store. All types of data can be filtered, including text, numbers, and even dates!
