1) Seller stops private law practice
- UNLESS unanticipated change of circumstances (e.g. failure to win judge election after Lawyer retirement) => Lawyer may return to private law practice!!!

2) ALL/one field of practice is sold to Lawyer/Firm
3) Written notice => Seller’s Clients!!!
