  1. 10ml of 10% Calcium Gluconate (slow injection over 2mins)
  2. 10 units insulin with 50ml 50% glucose over 5-15 mins (repeat if neccessary)
  3. Can give salbutamol neb (careful in those with CVD)

Stop any precipitating drugs
