Tid från diagnos till start behandling < 1 år.
Lågt Karnofsky performance status (< 80 %)
Lågt hemoglobin (< nedre normalvärde)
Högt korrigerat S-kalcium (> övre normalvärde)
Neutrofiler (> övre normalvärde)
Trombocyter (> övre normalvärde)
Hur tolkar man Hengs kriterier?
1-2 uppfyllda kriterier –> intermediär prognos
3-6 uppfyllda kriterier –> dålig prognos
