History and symptoms
Followed by examination, tests, differential diagnosis, assessment, plan, and management.

What patient characteristics should you observe as they enter the consulting room?
A
Gait, head position, posture, facial asymmetry, skin, intellectual level, emotional state, overall health, physiological appearance, and ability to communicate.

How should you investigate blurred vision?
A
Ask if onset is gradual or sudden, if it is constant or intermittent, and if it affects distance, near, or both.
