-Cupping fingers around great toe to Resist Great Toe Extension “Lift your toe up and back don’t let me push you down”

-Have client laying supine with legs straight
-Stabilize proximal leg
-Pushing up on mid plantar foot with palm to Resist Plantarflexion “try to push down like a gas pedal and point your toes don’t let me push you up”

-Have client laying supine with acting leg knee bent at 45 degrees
-Clasp and interlock fingers around posterior ankle and pull ankle towards you to resist Knee Flexion “Try to pull your heel to your bum”
