A

It may come as shock, but your customers don’t care about your product, service, company or idea. They care about themselves–their hopes, dreams, and quality of life. Tell them how your product will improve their life and you’ll have their attention.

How to earn respect of difficult person ?

A

Understand the person background and history. Try to find what changed, have candid discussion on why he is difficult

Build Trust… do what you told them you would for them.

Focus on positive about them. Give them morale boost at their achievements in front of crowd

Change your perspective about that person. If he is critical it’s good because he is challenging and bringing fresh ideas.
