Q

Why did the Dissarment Conference fail?

A

Britain is to blame to an extent because they felt like the rules set in place was unfair and disagreed with france. This made it very hard to decide on an answer. Britain agreed with Germany. Britain did not stop Germany from breaking the TOV

League could not get other members to disarm and they were more focused on not losing members than actually following their aims

Germany is to blame because they are the ones who complained about the Disarmmement. ALthough you cannot blame Germany because they were the victims. The dirarment rules failed because other countries put in this consequince were let of so Germany needed to fight back
