Osteoporosis
A progressive bone condition that causes a decrease in the density and strength of bones, due to an abnormal loss of calcium, the bones become weak and fracture more easily then healthy bones
Osteoarthritis
A degenerative bone disease resulting from disintegration of cartilage between joints painful bone on bone rubbing
Rheumatoid arthritis
Chronic inflammatory disease that affects connective tissue of the body especially smaller joints like hands and feet it is a progressive disease
Gout
A rheumatic disease that is caused by an alteration in the chemical process of the body there is an excess of Utica acid in the body causing urate crystals to form in joints
Fibromyalgia
Chronic condition resulting in musculoskeletal pain not progressive
Systemic lupus erythematosus
A chronic autoimmune/inflammatory disease that affects the body’s organs and tissues ( red butterfly rash on face )
