  1. self-serving bias : the tendency for an individual to relate their successes to internal and relate their failures externally
  2. fundamental attribution error : people’s underestimation of external causes and overestimation of internal or personal causes

goal-setting

A
  • content : what are the goals –> spesific, measurable, attainable, relevant, timely
  • process : how are the goals set? –> either participative goal setting (setting their own goals, really good for cultures with low power distance) or assigned goal setting (members are assigned their own goals, better for cultures with low power distance)
