Q

use of johari window for self-awareness

A
  • Blind self can be reduced by asking others about yourself
  • Sharing more about hidden self leads to shrinking of hidden self and enlargement of open self (at your own discretion)
  • More trust  more open self than hidden self
  • Perceived open self may actually be hidden self
  • Uncovering the layers of yourself and who you are
