Video Communication & Communication Facilitator (CF) Program:

A
  • With funding from ODHH, DBSC provides training for DB people using videophone(VP), Video Relay Service (VRS), direct (person to person) calls and use of DBSC’s free public VP.
  • Also training CF’s, a skilled signer who copies sign language from the VP screen for the DB person.
