why use it?
- captures dynamic aspects over time
- relates better to in-moputh product changes
- influence of sequence of eating, better for consumer epxerience
- cost-benefit, however you need a trained panel
(curve rise, curve maximum, curve fall)

about the dominance: sensation about what you feel is most dominant during the tasting
- attack, evolution, finish
- ignore certain attributes, choose certain attributes again
- only ask 1 attribute at a time

- remains activated until deactivated
