People are attracted to others who are about the same level of physical attractiveness as themselves

A
People exchange the assets they want in each other

A
The phenomenon by which we are attracted/friends with people who are closest to us.

What is social exchange theory?
A
We weigh up the costs and rewards of a relationship to determine whether we want it or not

A
Similar to social exchange theory but people are after fairness - what they can give rather than just what they can get
