Q

Give some concepts in the Lean Construction Industry (LCI)

A
  • Respect for people- Teams work better when there is trust and respect
  • Remove waste- Eliminating anything that doesn’t add value
  • Focus on process and flow- Improve how work moves though the system
  • Generate value- identify what the customer values and design work to deliver it
  • Continuous improvement- Also known as Kaizen
  • Optimize the whole- Don’t just fix individual parts. Fix the entire process.
