  1. SQE - solicitors - qualifying exam

Need to be appointed- solicitor regulation authority

  1. New route 🧭- Degree apprenticeship route- 6 to 7 years- gaining legal qualifications whilst working in the

  1. Normal degree route 🧭- second-class honours - academic stage
    Or common professions examination
  2. Vocational stage- pass bar professional training course -
    drafting documents , procedures

  4. Must’ve Dined 12 times in the inn to be qualified as a barrister and called to the bar
  5. Barrister undergo pupilage - training 12 months
  6. six months pupil barrister able to appear in court with clients
