individuals that are attracted to people, regardless of gender, meaning they are not limited by gender identity or presentation in their attractions
Pansexual
Also known as developing countries that perceive poverty
Global South
also known as developed countries and industrialized nations
Global North
refers to the set of attitudes and practices that an individual adheres to in relation to the political systems and actors within his or her society
Political identity
The belief in and worship of a superhuman controlling power, especially a personal God or gods
Religion
believing in the existence of one God
Monotheistic
believing in the existence of multiple gods
Polytheistic
The variation in human condition promotes diversity and plurality in culture traditions. This could lead to discrimination and ostracism
Cultural variation
A perspective that promotes an individuals culture as the most efficient and superior hence the individual who exhibits and ethnocentrism feels that he or her culture is the most appropriate as compared to other culture
Ethnocentrism
Promotes the perspective that cultures must be understood in the context of their locality. Using this perspective, makes it tolerant of the differing attitudes and power of others.
