how do you determine value proposition?
what product or service are you building, for who, and what exactly does it solve for those people?
what are pain killers?
- produce savings, eliminate risks, fix bad solutions
- entertain by making them feel better

what are gain creators?
things that make the customer happy: savings, time, money and effort
product or service you’re building in your first instance that is delivered to customers

why do you need an MVP?
understand the minimum version by what customers tell you
what is a physical channel?
direct sales where customers can touch and feel
what is a mobile channel?
building a low fidelity app for feedback to test understanding of the problem, then later building high fidelity that has most of the features and gives you more resolution to avoid building products no one wants
