A

The subsequent clips on the track will snap to the clip previous to the deleted clip, and fill in the space. While with slip mode, the clips stay where they are, leaving a gap between the clips.

A

Absolute Grid mode: the clip will snap to the start of the grid.
Relative Grid mode: the clip will move in grid increments, preserving its offset from the grid.

A

Click the Grid Value pop-up selector and select an appropriate Timescale, click the Grid Value pop-up selector again to choose a corresponding grid size.

To display or hide grid lines, click at the head of the currently selected main Timebase Ruler or click on the Grid indicator in the tool bar.
