How would you undertake a licence for alteration?

A
  • Request the tenant submit the written application to include description of works, relevant specifications and drawings.
  • Review the lease and relevant documentation to determine what works the tenant is entitled to undertake.
  • Review the lease and relevant documentation to determine timeframes to reviewing and responding to tenant applications to alter.
  • Review the written application and determine if third party input is required.
  • Revert back with an ‘RFI Schedule’ including a third party consultant ‘RFI Schedule’.
  • Once approved, issue a stamp-approved pack of alteration documentation to the relevant party (normally solicitor or property manager).
  • Undertake final inspection if included within the fee quote.
