Management of OLP/OLR
A
Symptomatic relief
1. HSMW
2. Benzyamine or lidocaine
3. Avoid triggers ; Spicy food and fizzy drinks
4. Steroid mouthwash
5. Replace fillings
6. Refer to OS for biopsy
7. review regularly if in primary care
8. inform of increased risk of cancer
