LAGER & PILSNER
Clean, pale colour, light bodied, lightly hopped, crisp malt character. Pilsners tend to have a slight spice & citrus character from the hops used.

wheat ale
An unfiltered wheat ale get its cloudiness from unfiltered yeast and wheat proteins. This beer is not bitter or hoppy and has notes of clove and banana.

IPA
Light gold to amber in colour, noticeably bitter, higher ABV, different flavours depending on hops used. Citrus, pine and grapefruit are common flavours, aromas in West Coast IPA style.

Hazy Ale
On our menu you will find a hazy pale and a hazy IPA. The haziness of these beers come from dry hopping towards the end of the brew process. Depending on the hops and the amount of hops used you get different aromas and flavours. These beers tend to be juicy, with tropical aromas and less bitter.
