Old English

A

Surviving old English poetry, mainly discuss his real heroes in bottles or provides a narrative about a fictional hero. Another common characteristic of Gothic literature is it’s eerie, dark suspenseful, tone, authors include Horace, Walpole, and Radcliffe and your Allan, Poe, and Nathaniel Hawthorne.

Postmodernism

A

Grew out of modernism’s reliance on science and universal assertions, but emphasize the individuals subjective perception of reality as it is often more athletic to an individuals experience in a university applied statement. Asserts that since each person increase their own version of reality, fully and accurately defining reality is futile and impossible. writers use many concrete details rather than abstract details because they can be objectively observed and are not left up to the individual.
