Zeno of Citium (Cyprus), around 300 BC. A merchant that lost almost everything in a storm. Founded the Stoa school of philosophy.

- Self control: Temperance, and all things in moderation. Show self discipline and control, and aspire to be mindful.
- Courage & Fortitude: Show courage in following the virtues and fortitude when dealing with pain or discomfort.
