Removal from professional registers- nurses and teachers etc are registered to a professional organisation and can be ‘struck off’ if they aren’t fit for the role (they are violent, dishonest or break regulations etc)

A

Causing injury/harm- Employers, employees and service users can cause harm to themselves if health and safety isn’t followed and employees must be trained properly to work safely

Being injured/harmed- broken bones, food poisoning and infections etc towards residents, staff and visitors caused by poor standards of care like neglect and abuse
