How will you prepare for this

Plan
Meeting with heads of department
Purpose to check the watertight integrity below the waterline and the weathertight integrity above the freeboard

Prepare
Check certification and conditions of assignment, stability book and stability printouts/calculations, hatches, seals, airpipes freeing ports, scuppers, seachests, under waterline valves, port holes, weather and water tight doors

Conduct
Meeting with surveyor and heads of department
Go through prepared documentation and carry out physical inspection

Review
Closing meeting with surveyor. Observations, non conformities and major non conformities.
