Can a parent be forced to take a psych eval wel after dispo occured?
A
Generally no. A parent cannot be required to undergo a psychological evaluation—this should have been on her case plan at JD. The issue cannot be relitigated without any current concerns of parent’s mental health placing the children at risk.
