Intro

A

‘Lord of the Flies’ by William Golding is a novel which examines themes such as the contrast between order and chaos, and civilisation and savagery. In the novel, a plane full of schoolboys crashes onto a deserted island, and the boys must try to work together to survive; however several of the boys care more about hunting and ‘fun’ than rescue.
