Insertion: greater trochanta of the femour
Action: abducts and medialy rotates thigh

Adductor longus
Origins: inferior pubic ramus, ischial ramus and ischial tuberosity
Insertion: linea aspera and adductor tubercle of femur
Adductor magnus
Origins: pubis
Insertion: linea aspera of femur
Adductor brevis
Origin: inferier pubic ramus and body of pubis
Insertion: linea aspera of femur
Pectineus
Origin: superior pubic ramus
Insertion: linea aspera of femur
