Raft inspections LRU -25
- visual inspect every 6 months
- leak check 2.0psi
- 15 min stab
- 1hr leak test on boarding and support tube
- 2hr leak test on upper and lower tube
- 60 second to inflate fully on functional
- functional every 36 months or every 3rd leak test
- shop air 40psi
- after packing allow to sit min 1 hour max 72 hours
- leak test every 360 days

- hydro date 3 years M13520.1C
- torque seal in 2 places: F900 swivel junction on Y-fitting and inflation valve bottle/body junction point.
- pressure in bottle 3160 psi+- 100psi at 70 F +- 5 F
- CO2- 2.5lbs in cyl. after it should be 2.2+- .01 lbs record weight
- fill nitrogen to 3300-3400psi do not exceed 3400psi
- after 3 hr cooling period 3160+- psi
