FALSE!!!! By definition ceviche is not cooked by heat, but instead marinated with citrus juice. Our ceviche is "cooked" with citrus and vinegar.

Maple-sherry viniagrette! We use BLiS sherry vinager which comes from a fine company in Grand Rapids and local maple syrup. YUM!!!
