A

Doxycycline, if patient is clinical

How is it diagnosed?

A

Blood serology test, as the spirochete migrates interstitially and is not found in the blood, so look for antibody formation.
Idexx Snap 4Dx, or other quantitative test (better for establishing baseline)

A
