Treatment of acute MH

A

D/C anesthetic gas
100% hyperventilate
1-2mg/kg of bicarb
Dantrolene dose of 2.5mg/kg IV push + PRN
Cool pt
NO Calcium Channel Blockers
Monitor coagulation and electrolytes for (DIC)
