Describe the steps you would take to assign a resource role to a user.

Answer 1

• Select the resource for which you want to add the role.
• Inside the resource page, from the left menu, select “Access control (IAM)”
• Select the “Role assignments” tab from the center window.
• Click “+Add” from the top menu bar, then select “Add role assignment”.
• Choose the role from the Role drop down menu.
• From the “Assign access to” dropdown, select User, group, or service principle.
• Select the user from the list
• Click “Save”
