Q

Basic Assumptions of Motivation (5):

A

Holistic approach = we look at the person as a WHOLE

motivation is complex = a person’s behavior stems from multiple motives at once

being continually motivated = even though we can satisfy 1 motive, another will be replaced

all people everywhere are motivated by the same basic needs (we all require to satisfy the basics)

and our motivations are arranged on a hierarchy
