Dill Breaker

Tall Glass.
Muddle 4 cucumbers, 1 dill sprig.
1/2 lemon squeezed, add ice.
.25oz simple syrup.
1oz St.-Germain.
2oz Crystal Head Vodka.
Shake and strain into bucket over ice, splash of fever tree soda.
Glassware: Bucket
Garnish: 1 cucumber, 1 dill sprig

ROCA Reposado Old Fashioned

Build: Tall glass with ice.
2oz ROCA Patron Reposado.
.25oz simple syrup.
1 dash Angostura bitters.
1 dash Mole bitters.
Stir and strain into bucket over a large cube.
Garnish: Orange zest
Glassware: Bucket

Creme de la Creme

Build: Shaker with ice.
2oz RumChata.
2oz Kerrygold Irish Cream.
1oz D'usse Cognac.
Shake and strain into martini glass.
Glassware: Martini
Garnish: Cinnamon (whipped cream optional)

Lavender Collins

Build: Tall glass with ice.
1.5oz Amethyst Lavender Gin.
.5oz Cointreau
.5oz Monin Lavender
1/2 lemon squeeze and discard.
Shake and pour into pilsner glass.
Splash of Fever Tree club soda.
Glassware: Pilsner
Garnishe: Lemon zest, 1 blackberry (lavender sprig?)

Pomegranate Martini

Build: Shaker with ice.
3.5oz Ketel One Citron vodka.
1oz Monin Pomegranate.
1.5oz Daily's triple sec.
1/2 lemon squeeze and drop into shaker.
Shake and strain into martini glass.
Glassware: Martini
Garnish: Lemon zest

Yacht 27 Sangria

Build: Tall glass.
4 ea. Blueberries, blackberries, raspberries.
1 orage slice, do not muddle, add ice.
1oz Yacht Club vodka.
1oz Fonseca Bin 27 port.
.25oz St-Germain Elderflower.
.5oz simple syrup.
1/2 lemon squeeze and discard.
Shake and pour into wine glass.
Splash of Fever Tree club soda.
Glassware: Wine
Garnish: Lemon zest

Build: Tall glass with ice.
2 large basil leaves, slap and tear.
2oz Absolut Elyx vodka.
2oz Zing Zang Bloody Mary mix.
3 dashes of red and green Tabasco.
Shake and pour into a pilsner glass.
Glassware: Pilsner
Garnish: salt rim, lemon wedge, olive, celery, (U7 Black Tiger Shrimp optional)

Build: Tall glass with ice.
.5oz Combier Liqueur de Pamplemousse.
.5oz Solerno Blood Orange.
.25oz simple syrup.
Shake and strain into Champagne glass.
Fill with 4.5oz Moet Chandon Imperial Brut.
Glassware: Champagne
Garnish: Grapefruit zest

Build: Tall glass with ice.
2oz Jack Daniels whiskey.
.5oz honey water (2 parts honey, 1 part water mix)
.5oz white grapefruit juice.
1/2 lemon squeeze and discard.
Shake and strain into bucket over a large cube.
Top with 1 dash Peychaud's bitters.
Glassware: bucket
Garnish: Lemon zest

2oz Glenmorangie 10 year.
.25oz Aperol.
.5oz simple syrup.
1oz white grapefruit juice.
1 basil leaf, slap and drop.
1 dash Regan's orange bitters.
Shake and strain into bucket over a large cube.
Glassware: Bucket
Garnish: Basil leaf

Build: Tall glass with ice, pour into blender.
4oz Rose.
1oz Bacardi Grapefruit rum.
1oz Perricone Farms lemonade.
.5oz Monin Peach.
.5oz simple syrup
Blend and pour into wine glass.
Glassware: Wine
Garnish: Grapefruit slice, mint sprig

Build: St-Germain carafe with ice.
2oz Cadoni Prosecco.
1.5oz St-Germain.
2oz Fever Tree club soda.
Glassware: St-Germain carafe
Garnish: lemon zest, 1 raspberry
