Q

Tell me about the measurement that you undertook at Bromborough

A

-GIA of the Lidl store to see if withi the 1% threshold to achieve PC
-Printed out plans. 3 readings at each point with a disto. i then averaged these readings and doumented
-PC granted

Q

Tell me about the measurement that you undertook at GHS

A

Conducted a joint measure of TH
GIA within 3% tolerance in AFL
Measurements agreed with TH
Determine level of rent. Within 3% so rent established
PC granted following joint measure
This then triggered rent free to commence

-balconies

18
Q

What type of buildings do you measure to GEA

A

-resi

19
Q

A

-Essentially GIA
-includes all areas available for direct use
-Measured to IDF of perimeter wall on a floor by floor basis

22
Q

What is IPMS 3

A

NIA
-excludes standard facilities and shared circulation areas
-Measures to IDF on a floor by floor basis

23
Q

Whats the difference between IMPS 3 and NIA

A

-Permiter measurements are take to IDF
-Balconies included
-Columns are included
