This name is sometimes given to resolution minutes

Notice of a meeting

A meeting request for a particular reason; to include day, date, time and venue. This can be circulated by memo, letter or email

Record only decisions reached

Standard agenda

To include apologies for absences, minutes of last meeting and matters arising, items for discussion, any other business and date of next meeting

Timed agenda

This shows the amount of time allotted for each item of business and the total time allocated for the entire meeting
