Clear of conflict: ATC- Notify. Lateral&Vert Spd -ADJ. A/P F/D As Reqd
Loss of Braking

- REV …..Max
- Brake Pedals …Release
- Anti-skid and NWS..Command-Off
- Anti-skid and NWS..Off
- Brake Pedals.. Press
- Max Brake Pressure..1000 PSI
If still no braking……….Short Successive Applications
Emergency Descent

1. Crew Oxy Masks..Don
2. Signs….On
3. Emer Descent…Initiate
🔷Descent with AP engaged
🔷Turn ALT knob and Pull
🔷 Turn HDG knob and Pull
🔷 Adjust target SPD/Mach
4. Thrust Levers(if A/Thr not engaged…..Idle, or check to see Thr Idle in FMA)
5. Speed Brakes..Full
When descent established
Speed – max
Engine remote select – ignition
ATC – notify
Emergency descent, PA – announce
ATC transponder 7700 – consider
Crew oxygen mass solution – Norm 
Unreliable Speed Indications
“Unreliable Speed!”
1. AP….Off
2. A/Thr…..Off
3. FD OFF
3. Pitch/Thrust:
🔷Below THR RED ALT…15 Degree/TOGA
🔷Above THR RED ALT/Below 10,000’..10 Degree/CLB
🔷Above THR RED ALT/Above 10,000’..5 Degree/CLB
4. Flaps (if config 0,1,2,3) ..Maintain current Config
5. Flaps (if config Full) ..Select Config 3 and Maintain
6. Speed Brakes …check Retracted
7. Gear…UP
Note: When above MSA level off and trouble shoot
STALL RECOVERY
- Nose down pitch control.- Apply
- Bank- Wings Level
Went out of stall, no longer stall indications
Thrust – increased smoothly as needed
Speed brakes – check retracted
Flight path – recover smoothly
Stall warning at Lift off
- Thrust -Toga
- Pitch attitude.- 15°.
- Bank – wings level.
Wind Shear - Reactive Wind Shear
At takeoff before V1
Reject the takeoff
After V1
1 thrust levers – toga
2. Reaching. VR – rotate.
3. SRS orders – follow (if FT bars are not shown, 17.5° initially)
Airborne during initial climb or landing
1 breast levers at toga – set or
2. Auto pilot – keep on.
3. SRS orders – follow
