What is the nurse holding power?

A
  • person is being kept in the hospital because the nurse believes you are unwell
  • has to be a REGISTERED MENTAL HEALTH NURSE or INTELLECTUAL DISABILITY nurse
  • —keep you on hold for 3 HRS
