E. coli growth medium?
MacConkeys agar. Lactose fermentor appear a red pink colonies.
Mycobacterium tuberculosis growth medium?
Lowenstein Jensen medium, which has penicillin and; nalidixic acid to inhibit growth of gram positive and gram negative bacteria
Neisseria gonorrhea medium?
Thayer Martin chocolate agar with vancomycin.
Haemophilus infuenza medium?
Chocolate agar with heme (X) & NAD (V)
Legionella growth medium?
Charcoal yeast extract w/antibiotics, lysine, glycine, vancomycin cyclohexamide, GVPC) to inhibit growth of non legionella bacteria in the sample. Legionella requires cysteine for growth.

Grows on alkaline media and is aerophilic
