Has to do primarily with establishing harmonious relationship between and among physical activities. The proper training and sequence of physical activities are reestablished.
COORDINATION OF ACTION
Has to do with the relationship between mental activities. The development of standards of thought and action is important since it aids in common understanding of the action to be taken. Common measures, terminology, specification, or philosophy are all examples of such basic aids to coordination of thought.
COORDINATION THOUGHT
Due to individual differences, it is expected that when two or more people communicate with each other, the next process is whether to accept the plans or work out a compromise.
COMPROMISE
A process where two or more people are working together and helping each other. It involves doing one’s own work efficiently and effectively and making successful contribution to the agency as a whole. Commitment of time and energy is involved. Competition among staff members is the enemy of teamwork.
COOPERATION
Staff members must communicate openly among themselves, the procedures, methods, cases, policies goals and efficient techniques for expediting and improving social services as well as certain procedures which are found to be ineffective.
EFFICIENCY
Emphasizes on the group of professional colleagues organized in a collaborative lifestyle that prizes well-used channels of communications.
COLLEGIAL OR PROFESSIONAL TEAM MODEL
Referes to the advancement of a worker to a better job or position in terms of greater responsibilities, more prestige, greater skills and usually increase in salary.
PROMOTION
As a result of resignation, lay-off or discharge, while voluntary seperation is better as resignationor quitting, generaly initiated by employee.
SEPARATION
The force that prompts individuals or groups to observe rules, regulations, and procedures that are deemed necessary to the attainment of the objectives.
DISCIPLINE
The movement of the worker from one position to another with basically the same responsibilities and salary level.
TRANSFER
The pary that the worker receives is an incentive to do his job well.

Systematic periodic inventory or appraisal of a person’s characteristic, potentiality and performance through observation by a rater on basis of a systematic and uniform standard or goals made by the employee and employer.

Refers to the shift and replacement of personnel. It may be due to separation, retirement, death or disability.

COOPERATION
It is also known as “grapevine”. It does not follow the channels of authority but through social contacts among people in the agency.
