  1. unilateral, single 2cm neck mass
  2. night sweats, fever, wt loss
  3. loss of appetite, early satiety
  4. painless and movable mass
  5. no change in size
  6. no symptoms of hyperthyroidism

  1. N/V
  2. worse in morning
  3. fatigue
  4. polyuria
  5. missed menstrual cycle
  6. sexually active (even with condom use)

(Ddx here includes DM, hypercalcemia, UTI)

What are the symptoms of hypercalcemia?

A

“painful bones, renal stones, abdominal groans, and psychic moans,”

  • increase thirst and urination, abd pan constipation, nausea, bone pain mc weakness, fatigue
