1

Q

What is the first stage of mitosis? And what happens during it?

Q

What is the second stage of mitosis? And what happens during it?

A

Metaphase - The centrioles move to the poles of the cell, the spindle fibres organised by the centriole are attached to centromere, chromatids move to equator of the cell

Q

What is the fourth stage of mitosis? And what happens during it?

-the chromosomes unwind and disappear
-nuclear envelope forms
-spindle fibres dissolve
