what are mixed methods
A
use of two or more methods in a surfy which can be used to check the data from one method , and it’s the data from another method ( triangulation )

what are strengths of mixed methods
A
- can be representative and therefore be generalised
- add qualitative research to quantitative
- increases validity
- can weigh out strengths and weaknesses of each method

what are limitations of mixed methods
A
- time and cost
- high level of skill required - training which takes time and is costly
- careful analysis
- can become complicated
