Bring arm up like a snow angel
Push down at 90 deg on distal humerus
Shoulder Horizontal Abduction Muscle
Posterior deltoid
Shoulder Horizontal Abduction Against Gravity
Prone with shoulder abducted to 90 and elbow flexed to 90
Bring arm up toward ceiling
Push down
Shoulder Horizontal Abduction Gravity Eliminated
Sit at EOB with shoulder abducted to 90 and elbow flexed to 90
Support arm and bring arm backwards
