TP Stalls (Turning)

A

Get below 240, configure. Simulate rolling off the perch (7-8 NL, 45 AoB) at yellow speed. Stabilize then roll to 30 AoB and raise the nose 5 degrees while pulling to no less than 80%. Recover at stall indication.

A

Establish landing attitude with power >80%, let airspeed bleed off. Recover at stall indication.

Nose High Recovery

A

Roll inverted, pull to horizon. Roll out wings level when canopy bow hits horizon. Power to MIL unless speed is lower than altitude (ie, unless below 180 above 18000)

Nose Low Recovery

A

Roll to the nearest horizon, pull to wings level ~.80 AoA.

If airspeed is below 250 or moderate buffet felt before 4-5G, go to MIL.

If no buffet at 4-5G, reduce airspeed (idle, maybe boards)

A

MIL Power, 420 knots level

420+/-20 throughout

Over-rotate 110-120, let FPM fall to 8-10 NL, pull 4-4.5G for 180 HDG change

Recover, get back to level and 420

Over-rotate 110-120, let pull down to 18-20 NL, pull 5-5.5G for 180 HDG change
