Step 2: Changes and Risks
As a result of analyzing work performance data, changes will be introduced to the project. Changes will result in risk that must be monitored and controlled.

Change Control Board (CCB)
PM is responsible for this process and may establish a CCB to review and approve, defer, or reject change requests.

Assesses, approves, tracks, and ensures changes are correctly implemented.
